Heather Louise Peterman charged with two DUIs after cocaine metabolite found

On June 16, 2026 at about 8:21 a.m., Northern Lancaster County Regional Police stopped a vehicle in a parking lot at 675 Lancaster Road in Penn Township and contacted the driver, 54-year-old Heather Louise Peterman of Manheim. Officers observed signs of impairment, began a DUI investigation and a blood draw revealed a cocaine metabolite. Two misdemeanor DUI counts (75-3802(D2) and 75-3802(D1III)) were filed before Magisterial District Judge Stauffer.
