Help welcome new Lafayette students
Departments and offices are invited to promote services and meet the incoming class by contributing materials for 775 welcome bags (due Aug. 13) and participating in Orientation events Aug. 20–22.
Looking to promote your office, meet the incoming class, and be involved in Orientation? Here are a few ways to do it:
- Contribute something to the welcome bags: It can be a brochure about your department, a calendar of events, or swag with your info. (Students love Post-It Notes, pens, etc.). Email Vanessa Pearson if you’re interested. Please note: 775 copies/items would be needed by Aug. 13.
- Participate in the Resource Fair: 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Thurs., Aug. 20 • Marquis Dining Hall • REGISTER
- Welcome new students during Convocation: All are welcome! 3 p.m. Thurs., Aug. 20 • Quad • MORE
- Join members of the Easton community to welcome students to the Easton Farmers Market: Sat., Aug. 22 • Easton Farmers Market • MORE
