On June 8, 2026 at 10:13 p.m., Chambersburg Police located a 2004 Ford F-150 with extensive front-end damage in the Fort Chambersburg Park parking lot after responding to a hit-and-run. Surveillance footage shows the vehicle entered the lot on June 7 at 2:30 a.m. and struck a borough pole and a metal chain-linked fence; anyone with information is asked to contact CPD or submit a tip.
