On July 7, 2026, Pennsylvania State Police Troop F Vice‑Narcotics unit arrested a woman at Relaxa Spa in Mill Hall, Bald Eagle Township, Clinton County following several weeks of surveillance. The arrested individual, identified as Jinwei Wang (DOB 06/13/77) of Flushing, NY, was charged with felony promoting prostitution and attempted prostitution and lodged at the Clinton County Correctional Facility. Bail was set at $50,000 monetary and Wang is also being held on an ICE immigration detainer; the investigation into the business and employees continues and multiple males are expected to be arrested for soliciting in upcoming weeks.
