Homicide Investigation After Triple Shooting on Memorial Avenue
Three males were shot on Memorial Avenue in Williamsport on June 29; one died at the hospital and police are asking for information.
On June 29, 2026, at about 2:48 p.m., officers responded to a shooting in the 1700 block of Memorial Avenue in Williamsport and found three male victims ages 17, 18 and 19. Two were shot in the legs and one in the chest; one victim later died at a nearby trauma center. Multiple local and regional agencies are assisting the Williamsport Bureau of Police, investigators recovered two firearms, and anyone with information or video is asked to contact Agent Laura Kitko at 570-327-7558.
