I’m 70 and my sons never acknowledge Father’s Day anymore
A 70-year-old reader says Father's Day is deeply meaningful to him even as his sons no longer acknowledge it.
Dear Eric: Father’s Day has always been important to me. I’m almost 70 years old and I’m very fortunate that my father is still living. I have a lot of respect for my father, and he has been a role model in my life. My wife and most of my friends have already lost both parents so I don’t take this holiday for granted.
