On June 6, 2026 at approximately 06:42, Ian Foxx Kurnik, 18, was involved in a vehicle accident investigation on Route 30 EB in West Manchester Township and was arrested on suspicion of DUI. Following receipt of the toxicology report, Kurnik was charged on June 25, 2026 with three counts of DUI, one count of possession of marijuana (M) and one traffic violation.
