Ian Robert Titus charged after threatening to 'shoot up' McDonald's
Officers say Titus called a McDonald's roughly 24 times over two days, threatening to “shoot everyone” and to “shoot up the place.” A warrant was issued charging him with terroristic threats (M1) and harassment (S).
On July 15, 2026, at about 9:43 p.m., Forks Township officers responded to the McDonald's at 350 Town Center Blvd in Easton following a harassment complaint. The complainant said a man who had tried to pick up an online order two days earlier phoned the restaurant about 24 times over two days, threatening to “shoot everyone” and to arrive and “shoot up the place.” The suspect was identified as 34-year-old Ian Robert Titus, who admitted making multiple calls; Judge Hutnik issued an arrest warrant charging him with one count of terroristic threats (M1) and one count of harassment (S) in case MJ-03209-CR-0000118-2026.
