Infiniti Melvin, 32, was arrested Tuesday, Sept. 22, 2026, on West Haight Ave in Poughkeepsie and charged with aggravated DWI for operating a vehicle with a child passenger under 16 and a first-offense DWI. Additional charges include a back-seat passenger aged 4–7 without an appropriate restraint system, drinking alcohol or using cannabis in a motor vehicle on a highway, moving from lane unsafely, and operating a motor vehicle without an inspection certificate; the case is with the Dutchess County District Attorney's Office.
