Jacquelyn N. Fulper arrested on Lehigh County warrant after Nazareth welfare check

On July 10, 2026 at 7:48 a.m., Nazareth Police responded to a welfare check in the 300 block of South Broad Street and found 33-year-old Jacquelyn N. Fulper sitting on a park bench, appearing disheveled and laughing to herself. Officers recognized her from prior encounters, confirmed an active warrant out of Lehigh County, and took her into custody without incident; she was transported to the Nazareth Police station and then released to a Lehigh County Probation Officer. All persons are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
