Jacquelyn N Fulper Arrested on Lehigh County Warrant During Nazareth Welfare Check

On July 10, 2026 at 07:48, Nazareth Police responded to a welfare check in the 300 block of South Broad Street and found a disheveled female sitting on a park bench. Officers recognized the woman as Jacquelyn N Fulper, 33, ran a records check that revealed an active warrant out of Lehigh County, confirmed the warrant, and took her into custody without incident; she was transported to the Nazareth Police station and later turned over to a Lehigh County Probation Officer. All persons are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
