Jeffrey Alan Witters charged with harassment after persistent texts

On July 10, 2026, Middlesex Township police were contacted by a resident who reported that her ex, Jeffrey Alan Witters, 40, continued to text her after being told to stop and repeatedly called her a name she did not wish to be called. Following an investigation, Witters was charged with harassment (case MXT2026-07-0260); the charge was filed on July 12, 2026 by the Middlesex Township Police Department in Carlisle, PA.
