Jeffrey R. Wawrzyniak Charged With False ID and Public Drunkenness in Mount Joy
Officers say the 51-year-old gave a false date of birth after being found intoxicated and endangering himself and others in a Mount Joy parking lot.
Jeffrey R. Wawrzyniak, 51, of Elizabethtown, was charged after Mount Joy Borough police responded Oct. 1, 2026 to reports of a man running and falling in the parking lot on the 700 block of East Main Street. Officers say Wawrzyniak was visibly intoxicated and a danger to himself; when contacted he provided a false date of birth after being reminded he was the subject of an official police investigation. He faces charges of False Identification to Law Enforcement (4914(A)) and Public Drunkenness (5505); case number 2026-05061.
