Lititz Borough Police say a 40-year-old woman repeatedly tried to enter a home during an overnight disturbance and was issued a summary citation for criminal trespass.

The Lititz Borough Police Department filed a summary non-traffic citation against Jennifer Costanzo, 40, alleging one count of criminal trespass following a domestic disturbance on July 5, 2026, at about 5:00 a.m. Police allege Costanzo arrived multiple times during the night, banged on doors and attempted to enter the residence to get her child. Costanzo is presumed innocent.
