On Aug. 10, 2026 at approximately 11:39 a.m., Jennifer Lynn Leed, 47, of Columbia, PA, was charged with obstructing the administration of law while in the 1000 block of Barber Street. An officer with the Columbia Borough Police Department filed the charge; Leed is considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
