On June 2, 2026, Spring Township Police responded to AT&T Wireless after a report that a customer stole an employee’s company phone valued at $1,000. Following an investigation, 34‑year‑old Jerome Matthew Smith‑Brown was charged with Theft by Unlawful Taking (18‑3921 A, M1) and Receiving Stolen Property (18‑3925 A, M1).
