Jhoan Garcia charged with DUI, marijuana and paraphernalia possession
After a traffic stop on SR0222, officers say a blood test showed THC and a search found a small amount of marijuana and paraphernalia; Garcia was summonsed to district court.
Jhoan Garcia, 35, of Reading, was charged Feb. 7 after a vehicle stop on SR0222 northbound at mile marker 45 in East Cocalico Township, Denver, PA. Officers determined he was impaired; a blood test indicated THC, and a search incident to arrest turned up a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia. He faces counts of driving under the influence, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and two summary traffic violations and was issued a summons to appear in District Court.
