Jill Gorman Arrested in Caernarvon Township on Forgery and Fraud Charges
Police allege Gorman used forged ID and checks at a Truist branch; cell-phone data and a rented BMW tied her and co-defendant Kervens Isac to similar incidents.
On September 3, 2025, between 1440 and 1533 hours, authorities say Jill Gorman, 52, of Upper Darby entered the Truist Financial branch at 750 Crossings Blvd in Caernarvon Township and presented a forged ID and check #603 for $7,000 drawn on victims #2 and #3's Bank of America account; the check was later found to be non-sufficient funds. Investigation with the Upper Providence Township Police Department linked Gorman to a similar forgery the same day, connected both incidents to a rented white BMW X‑Series (NY LWT7741) rented by co-defendant Kervens Isac, and, following a search warrant and cell-phone downloads, uncovered photos of fake IDs, blank checks, sensitive banking information and location history. Gorman and Isac were apprehended and face multiple charges, including Title 18 5111(A)(1) dealing in proceeds of unlawful activities, various forgery and access device fraud counts, theft and bad check charges; all persons are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
