On August 15, 2026, at approximately 2128 hours, East Pennsboro Township officers responded to a report of an intoxicated driver at Valley Road and B Street and found a stalled black SUV with a single female occupant. The 59-year-old occupant, identified as Jill Marie White, was removed from the vehicle for her safety after officers observed signs of intoxication and field testing indicated she was incapable of safely operating a motor vehicle; she faces a DUI charge and four additional traffic-related offenses. All persons are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
