Jim Dailey to Retire After 32 Seasons as Lafayette Swimming and Diving Head Coach
Lafayette head coach Jim Dailey will step down before the 2026–27 season, ending a 32-season run leading the Leopard swimming and diving program.
Jim Dailey will retire prior to the start of the 2026–27 season after 32 seasons as head coach of Lafayette College's swimming and diving program. His departure concludes more than three decades at the helm of the Leopard program.
