On Saturday, July 11, Harrisburg Police arrested 23-year-old Joaquin Caceres-Anleu in connection with a homicide investigation that began Friday, July 10, in the 1600 block of Derry Street. He was charged with one count of murder, one count of possession of an instrument of a crime, and one count of tampering with physical evidence.
