Jocelyn Kelly Hawkins cited for retail theft at Weis Markets
A Forks Township woman was cited after Loss Prevention said she left Weis Markets without paying for multiple items on Aug. 12.
Officers responded Aug. 21, 2026 at about 2:22 p.m. to Weis Markets on a report of a retail theft that occurred Aug. 12. Loss Prevention said the woman left with multiple unpaid items but had paid for some purchases and used her Weis rewards card, which identified her as Jocelyn Kelly Hawkins, 48. Hawkins was issued a non-traffic citation for one count of Retail Theft (summary offense).
