On Friday, August 21, 2026, around 5:05 p.m., Northern Lancaster County Regional Police responded to a reported DUI in the 300 block of Windmill Way in Warwick Township and contacted 65-year-old Lititz resident John Lislie Fullerton. Officers initiated a DUI investigation and obtained a breath sample showing a BAC of 0.167%; two DUI counts (75-3802(A1) general impairment and 75-3802(C) highest rate) were filed before MDJ Stauffer under case 86-26-06666.
