John Lislie Fullerton Arrested on Two DUI Counts in Warwick Township
Northern Lancaster County police charged a Lititz man after a breath test showed a BAC of 0.167%.
On Aug. 21, 2026 at about 5:05 p.m., Northern Lancaster County Regional Police responded to a reported DUI in the 300 block of Windmill Way in Warwick Township and contacted 65-year-old John Lislie Fullerton of Lititz. Officers conducted a DUI investigation, obtained a breath sample showing a BAC of 0.167%, and filed two DUI counts — general impairment (75-3802(A1)) and highest rate (75-3802(C)) — before MDJ Stauffer.
