John Matthew Keener, 66, Charged with Indecent Exposure in Penn Township

On June 20, 2026, at about 9:25 p.m., Northern Lancaster County Regional Police responded to Dollar Tree, 1223 Lancaster Road in Penn Township, following a report of a male who exposed his genitalia in the parking lot. Officers identified the suspect as 66-year-old John Matthew Keener of Akron, PA, and charged him with one count of indecent exposure; the charge is before MDJ Stauffer. All suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in court.
