Johnny Flores-Lugo charged after River Road traffic stop
Susquehanna Regional Police stopped a vehicle on River Road on Aug. 5; the investigation led to multiple charges against a 58-year-old man.
On Aug. 5, 2026 at approximately 1400 hours, Susquehanna Regional Police conducted a traffic stop in the 1100 block of River Road in East Donegal Township. The investigation resulted in charges being filed against Johnny Flores-Lugo, a 58-year-old male described as Hispanic, 42' 6", 180 lbs, with green eyes and brown hair. All persons are considered innocent until proven guilty; the booking/listing shows charge numbers 753802D2, 754303B and 754730A1 and a listing date of Tuesday, Sept. 22, 2026 at 12:00pm at Susquehanna Regional Police Department, 1155 River Rd, Marietta, PA 17547.
