Johnstown Police: Back-to-School Safety Reminders
Johnstown Police urge motorists and community members to prioritize student safety as schools reopen, emphasizing school bus rules and reduced speeds in school zones.
As students return to school, the Johnstown Police Department reminds everyone to prioritize safety. Motorists are asked to stop for school buses with flashing lights, exercise caution around bus stops, slow down in school zones, and never pass a stopped school bus. By following these rules, the department says the community can help keep children safe on their way to and from school.
