Jose Ignacio Cortes Brienceno, 62, charged with three DUIs after East Petersburg traffic stop

On May 24, 2026 at about 10:38 a.m., Northern Lancaster County Regional Police stopped a vehicle driven by Jose Ignacio Cortes Brienceno of Elizabeth, NJ, at Main Street and Tank Road in East Petersburg Borough.
