Joshua Selig Boyer charged with meth possession after Ephrata arrest
After officers arrested him on an aggravated assault warrant, a search turned up a baggie of methamphetamine.
The Ephrata Police Department filed additional charges of possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine) against Joshua Selig Boyer, 42, after officers located and arrested him on July 22, 2026, in the parking lot of 423 N. Reading Road for an aggravated assault warrant. During a search of his belongings officers found a baggie containing methamphetamine; a criminal complaint was filed on July 23, 2026, through MDJ Landis' office. Boyer remains incarcerated at Lancaster County Prison on $150,000 cash bail for the aggravated assault incident and is presumed innocent until proven guilty.
