Juan C. Ramirez-Nunez charged with disorderly conduct, public drunkenness
A Lancaster man allegedly urinated in public and was found intoxicated after a Route 222 traffic stop; two non-traffic citations were filed.
The Ephrata Police Department charged Juan C. Ramirez-Nunez, 34, of Lancaster, with disorderly conduct and public drunkenness after he exited a vehicle and urinated in public during a traffic stop on Route 222 south at 3:45 a.m. on June 22, 2026. He was determined to be under the influence of alcohol, and two non-traffic citations were filed on June 25 through MDJ Landis' office. Ramirez-Nunez is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
