Juan Carlos Fernandez, 25, was taken into custody Tuesday, Aug. 25, 2026, in Dodge City by the Ford County Sheriff’s Office. He faces charges including possession of an opiate/opium/narcotic or certain stimulant, improper vehicle registration, possession of drug paraphernalia, violation of a protection order and driving under the influence of drugs/alcohol.
