The City of Harrisburg will host the July 4th Food Truck Festival at Riverfront Park on Saturday, July 4, 2026, from 1–9 p.m., featuring 40 food trucks, live music, a wine/beer garden, a petting zoo with mini highland cows and goats, and free kids activities. Celebrate America’s 250th birthday with one of the largest fireworks displays in central Pennsylvania at 9:15 p.m. Parking includes free metered street parking for the holiday, $5 on City Island, and a $10 discounted Market Square Garage rate (enter & exit between 10 a.m. and 10 p.m.); free bike parking is available at Walnut & Front Street and the train station is a three-block walk.
