Jurors weighing the fate of Lindsay Clancy informed a Massachusetts judge Tuesday that they were unable to reach a unanimous verdict after more than four days of deliberations in one of the nation’s most closely watched criminal trials. Judge William Sullivan declined to declare a mistrial and instead instructed the panel to continue working toward a decision, NBC News said.
