Justin T. McClenaghan charged after Fruitville Pike crash damaged attended vehicle

On June 30, 2026 at about 5:44 p.m., Northern Lancaster County Regional Police responded to a vehicle accident in the 500 block of Fruitville Pike in Penn Township. Officers reviewed footage, identified 32-year-old Manheim resident Justin T. McClenaghan as the suspect, and charged him with Accidents Involving Damage to an Attended Vehicle or Property (M3) and multiple summary traffic violations; the charges are before MDJ Stauffer.
