Kapri Malise King-Davis — Warrant Issued for Simple Assault in Lower Allen Township

On March 5, 2026, Lower Allen Township Police responded to McDonald's at 1014 Wesley Drive in Mechanicsburg after a reported assault; investigators identified Kapri Malise King-Davis as the assailant who fled the scene. A summons was issued, and when King-Davis failed to appear for a July 12 preliminary hearing before MDJ Delozier, a warrant was issued for her arrest on a charge of simple assault (18 §2701(a)(1)), CR-88-2026, LA-26-01173.
