Kasan Khalil Hall-Williams arrested during Stroudsburg fireworks incident; faces multiple felony charges

On July 3, 2026 at 11:23 p.m. the Stroud Area Regional Police arrested 30-year-old Kasan Khalil Hall-Williams as he attempted to light a mortar firework; he was transported and held at the Monroe County Correctional Facility on existing warrants. Warrants issued Oct. 31, 2024 and Dec. 12, 2024 relate to charges including theft by unlawful taking (F3), receiving stolen property (F3), forgery (F3) and weapons violations tied to an alleged attempt to buy a firearm on Feb. 10, 2024. Police also allege Hall-Williams committed fraud at NEPA Federal Credit Union on March 13, 2024 involving two checks, one of which resulted in $24,916.79 being withdrawn; investigators have asked the public to submit tips about his whereabouts prior to the arrest.
