Kasan Khalil Hall-Williams arrested during Stroudsburg fireworks incident on multiple charges
Arrested July 3, 2026 in Stroudsburg during a fireworks incident, Hall-Williams is being held on multiple warrants alleging theft, receiving stolen property, forgery and weapons-related offenses.
Kasan Khalil Hall-Williams, 30, was arrested July 3, 2026 at 11:23 p.m. by Stroud Area Regional Police in Stroudsburg while attempting to light a mortar firework and was transported and committed to the Monroe County Correctional Facility on two arrest warrants (MJ-43302-CR-0000473-2024; MJ-43201-CR-0000386-2024). The warrants allege theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property (both F3), forgery (F3) and weapons violations tied to an attempted illegal firearm purchase on Feb. 10, 2024, when investigators say he provided false information, and a March 13, 2024 fraud at NEPA Federal Credit Union in which $24,916.79 was withdrawn after one deposited check. Warrants were issued Oct. 31, 2024 (MDJ Gasper) and Dec. 12, 2024 (MDJ Anzini) and the warrant was reposted Aug. 14, 2025; authorities asked the public to submit tips about his whereabouts.
