Kathy Fernandez, 60, was arrested by the Fremont County Sheriff’s Office on Tuesday, September 8, 2026, at approximately 4:13 p.m. She was taken into custody on warrants for failure to appear on charges of harassment and driving under the influence (warrant numbers 24M736 and 18T787). Fernandez was processed at the Fremont County facility at 136 Justice Center Rd, Canon City, CO 81212.
