Katlin Thomas Neese charged after alleged false report, obstruction in East Donegal
Susquehanna Regional Police say Neese made a false report and attempted to obstruct an investigation at 105 North River Street.
On Aug. 22, 2026, at about 2100 hours Susquehanna Regional Police responded to a reported domestic disturbance at 105 North River Street in East Donegal Township. Investigators allege 36-year-old Katlin Thomas Neese made a false report to law enforcement and attempted to obstruct the ensuing investigation; she was charged with those offenses. All persons are presumed innocent until proven guilty in court.
