Kayla Malone arrested on retail theft, defiant trespass charges in Bellevue

Kayla Malone, 38, was arrested by the Bellevue Borough Police Department on July 8, 2026, on one count of felony retail theft and defiant trespass stemming from an incident at a CVS in Bellevue. A criminal warrant was issued June 29 by Magistrate Smith with Bellevue PD listed as the holding department; Malone had fled Allegheny General Hospital and was wanted on these charges.
