Kelly A. Young arrested on drug paraphernalia charge in Willow Street

On Aug. 25, 2026 at 6:35 p.m., West Lampeter Township Police responded to a reported fight at the Sheetz, 2539 Willow Street Pike, involving three to four people. Officers detained three subjects; one was identified as Kelly A. Young, 36, of Elizabethtown, who had an outstanding warrant from another jurisdiction and was arrested. A search incident to arrest allegedly uncovered drug paraphernalia associated with use of an illegal controlled substance; Young was taken to Lancaster County Prison and charges for possession of drug paraphernalia were filed before MDJ Benner. The accused is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
