The Renovo Police Department arrested 56-year-old Kelly Jo Miller of North Bend after an incident the afternoon of 07/25/26 along Renovo Road in Chapman Township. Officers attempted to serve an outstanding warrant stemming from a PFA violation; Miller resisted, ran toward her vehicle to flee, and was combative, requiring force to subdue her.
