The Renovo Police Department arrested 56-year-old Kelly Jo Miller of North Bend after she resisted arrest during an attempted service of a PFA-related warrant the afternoon of 07/25/26 along Renovo Rd in Chapman Township. Police say Miller ran on foot toward her vehicle to try to flee and became combative; force was used to subdue and take her into custody. She was taken to the Clinton County Correctional Facility on the outstanding warrant and the new resisting arrest charge, arraigned by MDJ Heidi Wright with bail listed at $15,000 unsecured (court record also lists Tuesday, July 25, 2023).
