Officers say 37-year-old Kenneth Irick Jr., a Black male, 5'7", 223 lbs, bought a six-pack of Modelo for $12.99 and a Troegs sample pack for $12.49, receiving approximately $86.23 and $87.51 in legitimate change; he was charged with Forgery—Unauthorized Act in Writing (F2).
