Kenneth M. Boarts III arrested on bench warrant for criminal trespass and related charges
State Police in Kittanning arrested a 31-year-old man on a bench warrant after he failed to appear in court on three charges.
Kenneth M. Boarts III, 31, was arrested by PSP/Kittanning on Friday, October 9, 2026, after a bench warrant issued Sept. 16, 2026. He is being sought for failing to appear in court on charges of criminal trespass, possession of drug paraphernalia and disorderly conduct.
