Police say the driver identified as Kenya Aigner Mary Davis, 28, allegedly sideswiped the victim's vehicle, briefly stopped to exchange information, then drove away; charges including accidents involving damage to an attended vehicle or property, driving on roadways laned for traffic, driving under suspension, and failure to maintain required financial responsibility are pending.
