Kershawn Morales cited for public drunkenness in Millersville

A 911 call reported a man lying on North George Street in Millersville; after the man got up and walked away a second caller said he had entered a residence but was persuaded to leave. Officers found Kershawn Aries Morales, 24, on the front porch, took him to the station where a preliminary breath test showed a high alcohol level; homeowners declined trespass charges and Morales was cited for public drunkenness and released to a responsible party.
