Keyshawn Gooden arrested after loaded 9mm found during traffic stop
A traffic stop for tinted windows on S. Winton Road led officers to discover an illegal, loaded 9mm, resulting in a criminal possession of a weapon charge.
On 3/19/26 a traffic stop on S. Winton Road for tinted windows led Brighton police to find an illegal, loaded 9mm handgun in the car of 26-year-old Keyshawn Gooden of Rochester, who was arrested on a charge of criminal possession of a weapon in the second degree (class C felony). Gooden, who had 26 suspensions on his New York State driver’s license, was issued multiple traffic citations including aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the second degree (a misdemeanor) and was transported to CAP Court for arraignment.
