Khariq Baskerville Arrested After Roadside Assault in Lancaster Township
Police say Baskerville assaulted his girlfriend during an argument on Marietta Avenue; a witness and visible injuries led to his arrest.
On Oct. 23, 2026 at about 10:41 p.m., Lancaster Township officers responded to the 1400 block of Marietta Avenue for a reported domestic disturbance. Officers say Khariq Baskerville pulled over during an argument and assaulted his girlfriend; police observed visible facial injuries and an independent witness corroborated the assault. Baskerville was charged with Simple Assault (M1) and Harassment (S), taken to Lancaster County Prison for processing, and a preliminary hearing is scheduled before Magisterial District Court 02-2-03; all persons charged are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
