Kris Battenfield sworn in as Humble police chief

Kris Battenfield was officially sworn in today as chief of police for the Humble Police Department during a ceremony at Humble City Hall attended by family, city officials, fellow officers and community members. Battenfield brings years of law enforcement experience and said he looks forward to working with officers, city leadership and residents to emphasize transparency, accountability, community engagement and proactive policing.
